Inside: a full bathroom, 8’ ceiling, and a heat pump for heat and A/C, an Energy Recovery Ventilator to ensure the inside air stays fresh all year, and ample insulation.

Outside: a metal standing seam cladding on a tall gable roof, wood siding and optional wood deck.
